Adam is a wine advocate, educator, taster, judge, certified portgeek and the ambassador for the School of Port in the United Kingdom. Originally with a background in tourism and hospitality management, he gained his wine experience with one of the oldest family-owned wine merchants in London, and later with a leading wine retailer. His special wine interests are fortified wines and other regions with traditional links to British culture. He is also a keen promoter of Hungarian wines.

With 25 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry, she has held positions in all tiers of the US wine trade from large, global drinks firms such as Moët Hennessy USA, to small, boutique distributors to on- and off-trade retail. Her freelance writing focuses on the commercial aspects of selling wine within this convoluted system. A 2024 Fellow for the Wine Writers’ Symposium in Napa Valley, her writing has appeared on Sevenfifty Daily, Wine Review Online, JancisRobinson.com, and her blog, Bending Elbows. She holds a WSET Diploma, is an educator, blind tasting competition coach, provides subject matter expert review for genre fiction writers, and is the founder of Copake Wine Works, a wine shop in the Hudson Valley/Berkshires and Hamlet Hound canned cocktails.

Formada em Gastronomia pela Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, Gabriela Monteleone é sommelière profissional certificada pela ABS-SP (onde também foi docente para a formação profissional durante 10 anos). Empresária, ela é sócia fundadora do "Tão Longe, tão perto" (um portfólio de curadoria, serviços, soluções e distribuição de vinhos brasileiros). Sócia fundadora da Casa TLTP Barra Funda, um espaço no bairro paulistano dedicado ao vinho ético e à convivialidade além de suas casas irmãs, Casa TLTP Botafogo (RJ), e a Casa TLTP Porto (Portugal). Em 2022, lançou seu primeiro livro, "Conversas acerca do vinho", uma imersão por questões contemporâneas do universo vitivinícola como agricultura responsável, mudança climática, história, cultura, estilos, e outros temas tendo sempre o vinho como pano de fundo. Natalie Richard Canadá
Natalie Richard is a well-known Canadian tv personality and journalist. She started her career on CBC television, before becoming a famous VJ on MuchMusic and hosting one of the first cooking show in the country. She also produces hundreds of cooking videos from her kitchen for the online version of the renowned women magazine Chatelaine. Her passion for wine took the lead over the last decades and she became a WSET Diploma certified sommelier, specializing in wine pairings and oenotourism. As an author and journalist, she writes a wine column in her local newspaper plus various web contribution and radio segments, on top of teaching WSET classes, hosting wine workshops and conferences. As a wine traveller, she published three books, about the best wine trails of the world (2019), North America (2022) and Spain and Portugal, just released in 2024. Robert Russel Rosales Johansen 30 års old working as a the Restaurant Manager at Park Hotel Vossevangen, Voss, Norway I have little more than 8 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. I started my wine career working as a waiter, and soon after as a Junior Sommelier at Park Hotel Vossevangen back in 2017/2018. I did my WSET Level 2 and 3 in Wine through the WSET School in London in 2018. In 2019, I did complete my Introductory and Certified level through Court of Master Sommelier in 2019, in Stockholm and in Warsaw, Poland. During the pandemic, 2020, I finish the French Wine Scholar – Highest Honor, through The Wine Scholar Guild. In 2021 to 2022, I work 8 month at the 1 stared Michelin Restaurant, Speilsalen at Brittania Hotel, before returning to Park Hotel Vossevangen as the Head Sommelier. I passed the CMS- Advanced examination in Thallern Austria in 2022, on the first attempt. I am on the waiting list for my Master Sommelier Exam. My goal is to become the first MS in Norway. Last year I became the restaurant manager at the hotel. Park Hotel Vossevangen has one of the great wine cellars of the World. The total collection contains about 50 000 bottles, with about 8000 different labels. Making it the most awarded wine cellar in the country.
